The world-famous actor lost her half-sister , Nancy Motes, to a drug overdose just weeks after her mother was diagnosed with lung cancer .
On Friday, the 46-year-old actress stepped out for the first time since her half-sister's tragic death, as she went for a solitary stroll in LA.
